William M. Brown was appointed as the new Chairman of the Board, effective March 1, 2025. Michael F. Roman, the current Executive Chairman, will retire from his position and as a Director, effective March 1, 2025, and will serve as Executive Advisor until May 1, 2025. Amy E. Hood announced she will not stand for re-election as a director. David P. Bozeman, CEO of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, was elected to the 3M Board, effective February 6, 2025.
