On April 30, 2026, 3M Company and its subsidiary Fire Safety Platform Holdco, Inc. entered into a credit agreement with Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and other financial institutions. The agreement provides for a $1.43 billion term loan facility and a $200 million revolving credit facility to finance the acquisition of Madison Safety & Flow Holdings LLC. The Company has agreed to unconditionally guarantee the liabilities of the Borrower under the Facilities. The loans bear interest at a rate based on the Term SOFR Rate or the Base Rate, with customary financial covenants.
