Mosaic Company Amends and Restates Credit Agreement
Summary
On May 16, 2025, The Mosaic Company (Mosaic) amended and restated its existing Credit Agreement with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lenders party thereto. The Amended and Restated Credit Agreement establishes a revolving credit facility up to $2.5 billion with a maturity date of May 16, 2030, and includes reduced unused commitment fees and additional flexibility under restrictive covenants. A copy of the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement is attached as Exhibit 10.1.
