MSCI Appoints Interim Principal Accounting Officer and Global Controller
On August 7, 2026, MSCI Inc. announced the appointment of Andrew C. Wiechmann, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, as the interim principal accounting officer, effective August 10, 2026. Kristine Johnson was also appointed as the interim Global Controller, effective the same date. These appointments follow the previously disclosed departure of the Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Wiechmann will continue to serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer.
