Motorola Solutions Completes Public Offering of Senior Notes
Motorola Solutions, Inc. has completed a public offering of $1.3 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2029 and 2034. The net proceeds will be used to repurchase $1.0 billion of convertible notes, pay off $313 million of senior notes, and for general corporate purposes.
