MasTec, Inc. Announces Temporary Trading Suspension in 401(k) Plan
MasTec, Inc. has announced a temporary suspension of trading in its 401(k) Retirement Plan due to a transition of recordkeeper services from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch to Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Inc., effective October 1, 2025. The blackout period, which prohibits participants and beneficiaries from making transactions including purchases, sales, or changes in investment elections, is expected to begin on September 22, 2025, and end during the week of October 19, 2025. Additionally, directors and executive officers are prohibited from trading MasTec Common Stock during this period. A notice regarding these restrictions was sent to directors and executive officers on August 26, 2025.
