Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Appoints John W. Chidsey as New CEO
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. appointed John W. Chidsey as its new President and Chief Executive Officer on February 12, 2026. In connection with his appointment, Mr. Chidsey entered into an employment agreement and a restricted share unit award agreement. The restricted share unit award includes 967,254 units vesting annually and 1,172,638 performance-based units vesting based on total shareholder return compounded annual growth rate (TSR CAGR) targets. The equity award is intended to align Mr. Chidsey's incentives with long-term shareholder value creation.
