NIKE, Inc. Enters into New 364-Day Credit Facility
On March 6, 2026, NIKE, Inc. entered into a new 364-Day Credit Agreement with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and other lenders, providing for up to $1 billion of borrowings. This new facility replaced the prior 364-Day Credit Agreement, which was concurrently terminated. The new agreement includes terms for interest rates, potential increases in borrowing capacity, and no financial covenants. The prior agreement, which was set to expire on the same date, did not have any outstanding amounts.
