Admiral Grady, who recently retired as the 12th Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will also serve on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Policy Committee. Additionally, the Board approved an increase in the size of the Board from 12 to 13 members. Furthermore, the Compensation and Human Capital Committee approved new goals and metrics for the 2026 Annual Incentive Plan and Incentive Compensation Plan for the Company's named executive officers.
