ServiceNow Executives Terminate 10b5-1 Trading Plans and Upcoming Share Purchase
ServiceNow, Inc. announced that key executives, including Chairman and CEO William R. McDermott, have terminated their 10b5-1 trading plans, cancelling future planned sales of company stock.
