Natera Appoints New Director Thomas Lynch
Natera, Inc. announced the appointment of Thomas Lynch as a new member of its Board of Directors, effective June 2, 2026. The Board has also increased its size from eleven to twelve members. Dr. Lynch will serve as a Class I director with an initial term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting of stockholders. He will be entitled to compensation consistent with other non-employee directors and will be appointed to the Human Capital Committee of the Board.
