NVIDIA Appoints Nicholas Parker as New Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations
On June 28, 2026, Ajay K. Puri, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations of NVIDIA Corporation, notified the Company of his intention to retire from his role effective upon the employment commencement date of his successor. On July 1, 2026, the Company appointed Nicholas Parker, age 55, as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations, effective upon the commencement of his employment with the Company, which is anticipated to be on August 24, 2026. Mr. Parker will join the Company after 26 years at Microsoft Corporation and brings a combination of industry knowledge and business acumen as the Company works to extend its global leadership in AI infrastructure and expand the ecosystem. His annual base salary will be $1,000,000, and he will receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000,000. He will also be eligible to receive target annualized cash variable compensation of $1,500,000, two new hire equity grants, and will participate in the Company's benefit programs.
