Summary
On June 30, 2025, nVent Electric plc and its subsidiaries entered into a Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with a syndicate of banks. The agreement provides for a five-year $275.0 million senior unsecured term loan facility and a five-year $600.0 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility, collectively known as the Senior Credit Facilities. The proceeds were used to repay existing loans and will be used for general corporate purposes. The Senior Credit Facilities are guaranteed by nVent and include financial covenants and events of default.
