On February 16, 2026, nVent Electric plc, together with its subsidiaries nVent Finance S.à r.l. and Hoffman Schroff Holdings, Inc., amended its Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of June 30, 2025, to permit Hoffman Schroff Holdings, Inc. to become a primary borrower and to add cross-guarantees between nVent Finance and Hoffman. Additionally, a Sixth Supplemental Indenture was executed to add Hoffman Schroff Holdings, Inc. as a guarantor of the obligations under the Indenture, governing the senior notes issued by nVent Finance.
