NXP Semiconductors N.V. Amends and Restates Revolving Credit Agreement
NXP Semiconductors N.V. has amended and restated its revolving credit agreement, increasing the senior unsecured revolving credit commitments to US$3,000,000,000, including a US$200,000,000 sub-facility for letters of credit. The new agreement, effective as of February 6, 2026, is scheduled to mature on February 6, 2031. The agreement includes interest rate options and a financial covenant requiring a 3.00 to 1.00 consolidated interest coverage ratio. All obligations are guaranteed by NXP N.V. and NXP USA, Inc.
