Omnicom Extends Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations for IPG Notes
Omnicom Group Inc. extended the expiration date of its Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations for IPG's notes, originally set to expire on September 9, 2025. The new expiration date is now September 30, 2025, to facilitate the pending merger between Omnicom and IPG. The settlement date will be within two business days after the new expiration date. The Extension aims to provide additional time to complete the merger, which is expected to be finalized this year.
