On March 7, 2024, Ovintiv Inc. announced the elimination of the role of Executive Vice-President, Midstream, Marketing & Fundamentals. Renee E. Zemljak will no longer serve in this role effective April 1, 2024. A transition services and separation agreement was also entered into, under which Ms. Zemljak will act as a non-officer Senior Advisor until December 1, 2024, and receive a lump sum severance payment of $2,075,090 at the end of this period.
