CyberArk Announces New Settlement Method for Convertible Senior Notes
Summary
On March 23, 2026, CyberArk notified holders of its 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 that the Default Settlement Method will change to Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes for any conversion occurring on or after this date. This change will remain in effect until CyberArk modifies the Settlement Method in accordance with the Indenture.
