UiPath, Inc. Announces CEO Resignation and New CEO Appointment
On May 23, 2024, UiPath, Inc. announced the resignation of Robert Enslin as Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2024. Daniel Dines, the Company's Founder, Chairman, and Chief Innovation Officer, has been appointed as the new CEO, effective the same date. Mr. Enslin will provide transition support as an advisor until September 27, 2024, at a fee of $7,500 per week. There are no disagreements with the Company associated with the resignation.
