PepsiCo Terminates and Enters New Credit Agreements
Summary
On May 23, 2025, PepsiCo, Inc. terminated its $5 billion 364-day and five-year unsecured revolving credit agreements and entered into new agreements of the same amounts and maturities with Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent. The new agreements enable borrowing in U.S. Dollars and/or Euros for general corporate purposes and include customary terms, conditions, and events of default.
