(PMI) issued €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.750% Notes due 2029 and €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.250% Notes due 2032. The Notes were issued pursuant to an Indenture dated April 25, 2008, by and between PMI and HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as trustee. The net proceeds of the offering will be added to PMI's general funds for general corporate purposes, debt repayment, or working capital requirements. The Notes are subject to certain covenants and can be redeemed under specific conditions.
