Summary
On December 11, 2025, Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) announced the entry into a new senior unsecured revolving credit facility worth up to US$2.0 billion, effective January 29, 2026, and the amendment and extension of an existing €1.5 billion revolving credit facility, extending its term to January 29, 2029. The new Facility replaces an existing facility that was to expire on February 10, 2027, and was terminated on the same date as the new Facility's effectiveness, contingent upon the new Credit Agreement's effectiveness.
