Pentair Restructures Sustainability Role and CSO Resignation

Karla C. Robertson, who served as CSO and held other senior roles, resigned on the same day, effective immediately. She will receive severance benefits according to the company's Executive Officer Severance Plan. The sustainability responsibilities will now fall under the Chief Technology Officer. Aaron Gunderson, Associate General Counsel, will temporarily assume the role of General Counsel and Secretary until a permanent replacement is chosen.
