Pentair plc Announces CFO Resignation and Appointment of New CFO
On October 15, 2025, Robert P. Fishman, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pentair plc, elected to resign from Pentair effective as of March 1, 2026. Pentair also announced the elevation of Heather Hausmann, the current Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, to the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. On October 21, 2025, the Company appointed Nicholas J. Brazis as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective as of March 1, 2026. Mr. Brazis will also serve as Senior Vice President, Finance effective as of November 1, 2025.
