Insulet Adopts Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan

Details

This plan allows a select group of management and highly compensated employees, including named executive officers, to defer up to 60% of their cash compensation in compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code. The plan is intended to be an unfunded 'top hat' plan and will be administered by the Company's Employee Benefits Committee. The plan permits the Company to make matching, nonelective, and discretionary contributions, which vest based on the participant's years of service and upon a change in control of the Company.
