Permian Resources Announces Pricing of Public Offering and Note Redemption

Concurrently, Permian Resources Operating, LLC, a subsidiary, intends to redeem its $356.4 million 6.875% Senior Notes due 2027 on April 5, 2024. The Offering is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to close on March 6, 2024.
