Public Storage Announces Issuance of €425M Senior Notes

On October 3, 2025, Public Storage Operating Company, a subsidiary of Public Storage, completed the issuance of €425 million 3.500% Senior Notes due 2034. The Notes are guaranteed by Public Storage and are issued under an Indenture, dated September 18, 2017, and supplemented by the Twenty-First Supplemental Indenture, dated October 3, 2025. The issuance of these Notes constitutes a new major contract and a creation of a direct financial obligation.
