Qnity Electronics, Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders on May 21, 2026. The meeting resulted in the election of three Class I directors, approval of the compensation of named executive officers, approval of the frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation as every 1 year, and ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
