Details

Guthrie will remain in his position until the commencement of employment of the company's next CFO. During this period, he will receive his regular annual base salary and continue to vest in outstanding equity awards. Following his employment separation, Guthrie will provide advisory transitional services to the company until March 1, 2025, or one month after his employment separation date, for which he will receive $59,583 per month. His Separation Agreement includes a general release and waiver of claims in favor of the company, confidentiality, and cooperation provisions.
