Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Enters Credit Agreement for New Ship Financing
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has entered into a credit agreement for the financing of its sixth Edge-class ship, scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2028. The credit agreement provides for a US dollar-denominated term loan guaranteed by BpiFrance Assurance Export, the French export credit agency. The loan will amortize semi-annually and mature twelve years after delivery of the ship. The agreement also includes customary events of default and prepayment events.
