Reddit Inc. Amends Credit Agreement Extending Maturity and Adjusting Commitments
Summary
On July 1, 2025, Reddit, Inc. amended its Credit and Guarantee Agreement to extend the maturity date of its revolving credit facility to July 1, 2030, reduce the total commitments to $500.0 million, and modify financial covenants.
