Reddit Inc. Amends Credit Agreement Extending Maturity and Adjusting Commitments
On July 1, 2025, Reddit, Inc. amended its Credit and Guarantee Agreement to extend the maturity date of its revolving credit facility to July 1, 2030, reduce the total commitments to $500.0 million, and modify financial covenants. The amended agreement continues to be secured by liens on substantially all of the Company’s assets, with certain guarantees and collateral falling away upon achieving certain investment grade ratings. This amendment incorporates the changes from the Existing Credit Agreement, which was previously amended on May 23, 2023.
