Reddit Announces Strong Q4 and Full Year 2025 Financial Results and $1B Share Repurchase Program
Reddit, Inc. announced its financial results for Q4 and full year 2025 on February 5, 2026. For Q4 2025, Reddit reported a 70% year-over-year increase in revenue to $726 million, net income of $252 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $327 million. For full year 2025, total revenue grew 69% to $2.2 billion, net income was $530 million, and adjusted EBITDA was $845 million. In addition, Reddit's Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program to repurchase up to $1 billion of Class A common stock.
