On June 18, 2024, Redwire Corporation, through its subsidiary Redwire Holdings, LLC, entered into an Eighth Amendment to its Credit Agreement dated October 28, 2020. The Amendment increases the commitments under the revolving credit facility from $30.0 million to $45.0 million and requires the Company to maintain an aggregate principal amount of outstanding revolving credit loans of no less than $10.0 million.
