Summary
On February 20, 2026, Redwire Defense Tech Intermediate Holdings, LLC entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and collateral agent. This agreement replaces the previous Credit Agreement dated June 13, 2025, with the new agreement providing a $30 million revolving credit facility and a $90 million term loan. On the same date, Redwire terminated its previous Credit Agreement dated October 28, 2020, without incurring any penalties.
