Rhodes, III to its Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2024. Mr. Rhodes, currently Executive Chairman of AutoZone, will also serve on the Boards of Directors of Regions Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary. His appointment increases the Boards' size to fifteen members, and he will serve on the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.
