Rigetti Computing Announces Director Resignation and Reclassification
Rigetti Computing, Inc. announced on March 27, 2025, that Cathy McCarthy will not stand for re-election as a Class III director upon the completion of her term at the 2025 Annual Meeting. To rebalance the Board classes, Ray O. Johnson, a current Class I director, has been nominated to stand for election as a Class III director. In connection with this nomination, Mr. Johnson intends to resign as a Class I director if elected as a Class III director at the 2025 Annual Meeting.
