Rigetti Computing Announces Open Market Sale Agreement
On May 29, 2025, Rigetti Computing, Inc. entered into an Open Market Sale Agreement (OMSA) with Jefferies LLC, enabling the company to issue and sell its common stock through Jefferies under an 'at-the-market' offering program, subject to the terms of the agreement.
