Rigetti Receives $100M Government Award for Quantum Computing R&D
Rigetti Computing, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce for a $100 million award to accelerate research and development in superconducting quantum computing. As part of the agreement, Rigetti will issue 7,739,938 shares of its common stock to the Department, providing the Department with a minority, non-controlling equity stake.
