Rivian Appoints New Chief Accounting Officer
Rivian Automotive, Inc. has appointed Sreela Venkataratnam as its new Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 10, 2025. Venkataratnam, previously Vice President of Finance and Business Operations at Tesla, will receive a base salary of $425,000 per year, a target annual incentive bonus of 50% of her base salary, and a restricted stock unit award valued at $6,000,000. She will also receive a one-time cash signing bonus of $20,000 and will be entitled to additional benefits in the event of a Covered Termination.
