Rocket Companies Announces Redemption of Nationstar Notes and Post-Acquisition Reorganization
Summary
On September 22, 2025, Rocket Companies, Inc. announced that Nationstar Mortgage Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Mr. Cooper Group Inc., issued conditional notices of redemption for its 5.000% senior notes due 2026, 6.000% senior notes due 2027, and 5.500% senior notes due 2028, to be redeemed on October 1, 2025, subject to the closing of Rocket's acquisition of Mr. Cooper.
