Rambus Inc. Appoints New Independent Auditor Following PwC Dismissal
Rambus Inc. has dismissed PwC as its independent registered public accounting firm and appointed KPMG LLP effective February 26, 2024. The dismissal followed a competitive process conducted by the Audit Committee. PwC's audit reports for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2023, and December 31, 2022, did not contain any adverse opinions or disclaimers. There were no disagreements or reportable events between the Company and PwC during these periods. KPMG's appointment is pending the execution of an engagement letter following KPMG's client acceptance procedures.
