Rambus Inc. Announces Resignation of CFO and Appointment of Interim CFO
Rambus Inc. announced on February 10, 2026, the resignation of Desmond Lynch, its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective February 27, 2026. Lynch is leaving to pursue another professional opportunity. John Allen, currently the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will serve as Interim CFO until a permanent replacement is found. Allen has been with Rambus since 2023 and has prior experience as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller of Xperi Inc. Rambus also reaffirmed its financial guidance for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.
