Roivant Announces Positive Study Results and Authorizes $1.5B Share Repurchase
Roivant Sciences Ltd. announced positive results from its Phase 2 NEPTUNE study evaluating brepocitinib in non-anterior non-infectious uveitis (NIU) and authorized a share repurchase program up to $1.5 billion, including the repurchase of all common shares held by Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. for approximately $648.4 million.
