Roivant Announces Positive Results for Batoclimab in MG and CIDP Studies
On March 19, 2025, Roivant Sciences Ltd. announced positive results for batoclimab in its Phase 3 study for myasthenia gravis (MG) and initial results from its Phase 2b study for chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) at its subsidiary, Immunovant, Inc. The pivotal study in MG met its primary endpoint, showing a 5.6 point improvement in the higher dose arm and a 4.7 point improvement in the lower dose arm. Initial CIDP results demonstrated a mean improvement of 1.8 in the adjusted INCAT disability score. Both studies showed that deeper IgG reductions correlated with better clinical outcomes. Roivant and Immunovant will host a combined investor call to discuss these updates.
