Ross Stores Appoints New CFO William Sheehan
Ross Stores, Inc. announced that Adam Orvos, the current Chief Financial Officer, is scheduled to retire on September 30, 2025. William Sheehan has been appointed as the new CFO, effective October 1, 2025. Sheehan has more than 34 years of financial experience in the retail industry and has served in various leadership roles within the company. His new employment agreement includes a base salary of $775,000 per year, an annual incentive cash bonus with a target of 75% of salary, and a restricted stock award with a notional value of $1,200,000. The agreement also includes provisions for severance benefits, reimbursement of estate planning costs, participation in benefit plans, and paid vacation days.
