Republic Services Announces Sale of $1.2 Billion in Notes
On June 22, 2026, Republic Services, Inc. announced the sale of $700 million in 4.750% notes due 2031 and $500 million in 5.000% notes due 2036. The offering is expected to close on or about June 26, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will be issued under an Indenture dated November 25, 2009, as supplemented by a Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture to be dated on or about June 26, 2026.
