Hayes, its Executive Chairman, will not stand for re-election and will step down as Executive Chairman and Board member, effective April 30, 2025. He will transition to the role of Special Advisor to the CEO until January 2, 2026. Concurrently, the Board elected Christopher T. Calio, the current President and CEO, to serve as Chairman, President & CEO, effective from April 30, 2025. The Board also approved compensation and benefits for Mr. Hayes in his new role, including his annual base salary and continued participation in benefit plans.
