Revvity, Inc. Enters New Credit Agreement and Terminates Prior Agreement
On January 7, 2025, Revvity, Inc. entered into a new unsecured revolving credit facility replacing its prior credit agreement. The new Credit Agreement provides for a $1.5 billion facility through January 7, 2030, with no borrowings and $4.2 million of letters of credit outstanding as of the agreement date. The prior Credit Agreement, which was terminated on the same day, had no borrowings and $4.2 million of letters of credit outstanding.
