Somnigroup International Inc. Reprices Term B Loans in Credit Agreement

Summary

On June 24, 2025, Somnigroup International Inc. entered into Amendment No. 4 to its 2023 Credit Agreement, repricing its existing Term B loans due October 2031 and prepaying $100.0 million of the outstanding Term B Loans with borrowing under the revolving credit facility. The repriced Term B Loans are subject to a prepayment premium in connection with certain repricing transactions that occur on or prior to the six-month anniversary of the amendment. The amendment did not make any other material changes to the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement.
